I buy a Mac but I am having trouble to erase the former ID

My MacBook is linked with permanently deleted Apple ID I had purchased one MacBook from local authorized store and I had linked one of my old apple id but one year ago I permanently deleted it. today I erased my MacBook but when I do internet recovery, it asks me to login to old Apple ID which had already been permanently deleted. local store did not help me, how can I disconnect my MacBook with old Apple ID? this MacBook is linked with my iPhone also. thank you

Can you sign out of the App Store/iTunes and sign in using the desired ID? What happens when you try? Error message(s)? More information would help.
