I had purchased one MacBook from local authorized store and I had linked one of my old apple id but one year ago I permanently deleted it.
today I erased my MacBook but when I do internet recovery, it asks me to login to old Apple ID which had already been permanently deleted.
local store did not help me, how can I disconnect my MacBook with old Apple ID?
this MacBook is linked with my iPhone also.

If you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple might be able to remove the ID if provided the required paperwork to include the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it.

You used to be able to take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened) and have them remove the ID. This may have changed, so call the store before going to make sure they can help.
