iPhone 8 Plus weird vibration noises when touching the touch screen

Hello my iPhone just randomly out of no where starting to make weird vibrating noises when ever I press on the screen get a notification try to turn the volume up or down and turn down the brightness.

I have all ready restarted my phone gave it a reset and tried to mock about with the setting but unfortunately nothing works .

Also I had similar problem few months back but I got no idea how I fixed it :(

Any help will be appreciated
