Any way to turn off "looks like you're up, want to turn off your alarm?" in Apple watch Sleep?

If I get up to pee within 30 minutes of my alarm time, my watch makes a fairly loud sound right as I'm walking past my husband's head on the way back from the bathroom and cheerily asks, "looks like you're up, want to turn off your alarm?". I would like to disable this. I never want to turn off my alarm; I want those 20 minutes or so. I'm also afraid of turning off my alarm by mistake, so now I have to set a second, later alarm on my iPhone. Mainly, I don't want that darn alert sound that wakes up my husband. I just want the lullaby to remind me it's time to wind down.
