Hello, so I have set a sleep/ bedtime schedule on my phone and the problem is that I am trying to turn off the alarm on my Apple Watch to prevent the loud alarm sound in the living room since I charge my charge out there. Is there a way to fix it?

It sounds like this could be happening since the iPhone is sharing the Sleep Focus with your Apple Watch.
We'd recommend going to Settings on your paired iPhone > Focus, then make sure 'Share Across Devices' is not enabled. This will prevent the Focus from enabling on your Apple Watch.
If you set up the Apple Watch for Sleep. You can go to the Watch app on your paired iPhone > Sleep > 'Don't use this Watch for Sleep' and make sure that it is disabled.
