Randomly, the FaceID on my phone simply turned off. When trying to turn it back on to allow FaceID to unlock my phone, the toggle switch for the setting is greyed out. HELP!

Hi, gcm1202. Thanks for getting back with us about this. What happens when you tap the Reset Face ID button and reset it completely? If you haven't yet tried that, please do so now and let us know if you are able to use this feature as expected afterwards.
Next check to see if you have a configuration profile installed.
Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone
Also, are there any issues with your iPhone's camera? Is it fully up to date?
