Got a replacement iPad with a SIM card. All the old information, settings are correct, no server problems. I’m not getting new emails on it. I am still getting emails on my old iPad and iPhone. What to do!

Apple had to replace a broken iPad. The new iPad has a SIM card. I have an old j




iPad and iPhone. The new iPad has all the old information and settings are correct however it will not “fetc”or receive new emails. I think I’ve had this problem before but don’t remember the fix. Anyone able to help?

Are you certain that in transferring settings between devices that your email account(s) are correctly configured on your new iPad? Your description implies that this is unlikely to be the case.


You can check your Mail Account settings here:

Settings > Mail > Accounts
