I haven't knocked it down hard before, but when I shake the phone, I noticed this noise. It's as if a little bit is free and swinging at the bottom of the device. Also sometimes there is a crackling noise in the vibration (I think it's caused by the same problem). Is this normal? What do you think should I do?
