Rattling sound

A rattling sound comes from my phone whenever I shake it, it feels like there’s something loose in there. Should I be concerned?

Get this Serviced:

I am wondering if it is an issue underneath the a button. Perhaps some debris dropped into it? So, get this serviced.

With the Coronavirus Pandemic, reservation restrictions may be up there quite a bit. So, contact Apple. Here is the info...

Apple Support Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there as necessary
  • Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
