13 Pro max rattle by camera

So I've noticed when I tap my phone against the palm of my hand gently or shake it lightly by my ear I can hear a rattly noise, I've held all the buttons down so its not any of those rattling could it be internal damage? This also happened with my XR it seems to be by the camera.

rattling noises on my iphone se I got this 1st generation se online, and after using it i heard some ratting noises when i shake the phone. Is there something loose in the body of the phone ?
