Cant get out of bootcamp

So i wanted to install windows 10 on my mac and i used boot camp to do that but now the mouse doesn’t work and i can’t restart it because i cant click anything and i don’t have another mouse and i have school tomorrow. i tried unplugging it, i tried plugging in and charging my mouse, i tried using commands but none worked
