When i'm at work and my iwatch is without me i see that is counting sleeping.
At night it's counted correctly. I wake up at 6 and place my iwatch somewhere on the desk and it's starting to count sleeping. Is that normal behaviour?

are you using a passcode for your Apple Watch ?
try doing it that will help you watch identify when you are wearing it
Yes everything works just fine, just make sure you always up to date on watchOS, there is always fixes for issues.
