mother board

I have just purchase Iphone X 64GB GRY on 28th Nov 2020 and went to Switch store in Kuching to claim my warranty due to motherboard issue. One of the staff inform me that the warranty is not valid and have to pay RM2800 to replace the motherboard. My issue is, why is it the warranty is not valid as i purchase the item on Nov 2020. Kindly please assist to investigate. Awaiting for your reply as soon as possible.

forum, you are not addressing apple here  just  fellow users


Legal - Hardware Warranties - Apple


if they judge the device was broken because of a production issue it should be covered


if they judge user handling is the cause it would not
