Lightning to USB-3 adapters for iPad

Does anyone know if Apple still commits to producing these? or what's going on?

Can't find any on Amazon & other popular retail websites

To my recollection so is the Lighting to USB-3 camera adapter the only one being supported nowadays.

Unfortunately Apple doesn't directly deliver to Kenya except via Amazon :(
