MacBook Pro shows the wrong time

The clock on my MacBook keeps getting behind the current time on all my other devices (iPhone, iPad and Watch). If I boot in safe mode and start up the MacBook again then it is fixed for a short while and then it slowly becomes more and more behind. I have also tried to reset NVRAM and PRAM with the same result.
