Wrong country

Looked at app..now while in the US..my appp store,iTunes is I; German and in Germany

1) it says passes need to be completed subscriptions ( some of which were a year and I have months to go..why to I pay for Apple screw up up in software

2) I have a number of passes,and subscriptions

which..all?

3) on last count there were over 2000 people with same problem

unless we get a decent answer why don’t we all write apple and post it on social media a..?
