Hello sashankan,

It looks like you are unable to turn on Messages in iCloud as it says the Apple ID is different.

Here are some troubleshooting steps and resources that might help:

  • Ensure you are up to date Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
  • Restart your iPhone.
  • Check the Apple ID being used in Messages by going to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. Set up Messages on iPhone.
  • Toggle all features off, restart and toggle back on:
    • Turn off Messages in iCloud in Settings > [Your Name ] > iCloud.
    • Turn off iMessages in Settings > Messages.
    • Turn off FaceTime as it also activates with iMessage in Settings > FaceTime.
    • Restart and turn them all back on.
    • Wait a few minutes for iMessages to activate.

Hope this information helps.

Have a good day.
