Iphone 12 Pro Max slow after update 14.4.4.

I am using 12 Pro Max and apps launching is very slow and it happens time to time. For an example when I laugh WhatsApp first time its normal, then when I close and launch again its slow. Same with Camera, Viber and many more. When I switch between camera modes then it takes around 5 seconds to get the view on screen. When I load camera on lock screen using the icon on down right its the same. I reset the entire thing still the same issue. Really worried pls help.

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. We can definitely understand how your device not working as expected can be a concern. You mentioned this is happening with a few apps, some third party, are there any updates for the apps? You also mentioned resetting the entire thing, do you mean that you restarted your iPhone or you factory reset your iPhone? Apple recently released, iOS 14.4.2, has that already been installed?

Thanks for that information. You mentioned before that you reset your entire phone, did you mean that you restarted the device or was it erased and set up as new? What exactly happens when you launch it from the Lock Screen? Try the steps here: If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working.

Also, did you get a chance to check for any app updates using the steps previously provided?

I have installed latest iOS. Mainly the issue is with camera when I launch it from Lock Screen using the icon in right hand lower corner. The camera works well when I unlock and open as a normal app. What’s app, VIber, Skype are also slow when loading. Also when I answering calls, when I hit answer button, it still rings and responds after 5 seconds. One thing I noticed today is when I turn off vibrations this issue of anwering calls sorts.
