IOS 14.4.1 Problems with whatsapp

Can anyone help me with this? My whatsapp suddenly quit by itself after I've update my iPhone 7plus to ios 14.4.1 :( please help me because I've been losing many important docs already :') It's been the fifth times like this and now I'm tired of it. What I can say is IOS 14.4.1 IS THE WORSE!

in the app

Settings (gearwheel), Storage and data, Manage storage, Tap on the biggest one

Tap on the three lines in a circle, bottom left, Sort by oldest or largest and see what photos and videos you can delete

or

Chats, Clear all chats

I use whatsApp iphone 7 on14.4.1 no problems

Begin the recovery

Then clear out what you don’t need
