iPhone reverse text to whits

Somehow I changed to be black background and white text. How do I change it back?

Open Settings, tap Accessibility, tap Display & Text Size and make sure Smart Invert is turned off.

This may be due to Dark mode. Go to settings>display & brightness. turn dark mode off and turn off automatic

I have ‘light’ and ‘automatic’ off.
