my iphone xs brightness control won't stay at max setting...

Thanks again and I have another question that you might be able to answer: same iphone, likes to jump between a wireless connection and a 3g or 4g display. We have Frontier wireless at the house and all of our other products work fine. Maybe it is just quirky and out of sorts? This started several months ago after Frontier changed our service and router. Probably I should ask Frontier the question but thought I'd explore this here first. thanks
