How to remove iPhone’s camera border scratches and smudges?

Hi everyone.

I just noticed that near the borders of my iPhone’s camera there is black smudges or points which I don’t know how to remove them. Can somebody help me pls? And also the metal part is falling and I don’t know how to solve it.
