back camera purple dots

Hi

I bought my 13 pro max last april, whenever i use the camera i never have an issue using it until recently when i checked my camera it has purple dots all over. i even clean and tried wiping it out but it won’t come off. i think the camera has defects. how do i fix this issue? i never dropped my phone or scratch it the suddenly this purple dots pops out in my back camera
