Here is my problem, I am in the Album view and the Albums are not sortable by their Titles. They are sorted by Artist and I apparently can not undo the "sorting by Artist" :
Weirdly, this is the same layout I can see in the Artist view... Is this a bug ?
How can I undo the sorting by Artist in the Album view, and sort them by Title ?

Which version of iTunes is this? View > Sort By Title should do it.

Odd, working here with iTunes 12.11.0.26.
You can try holding down Shift+Ctrl as you launch iTunes to open it in safe mode to see if that helps. If not you may need to repair iTunes, or remove and reinstall it.

Can you make a smart playlist that shows all albums and use View > View As > Albums in that?

I have Itunes Version 12.11.0.26 (which is the latest I believe).
In the Album view, there is no such menu :
And if I open "Show View Options", the sort by Title is already selected :
I tried to switch to other sorting options (Genre, Year, Rating) but it has no visible effect.
Okay, I just switched to a new Library (by pressing the Shift key while starting iTunes) and I can now see the menu you show in the capture. But when I switch back to my real Library, the menu disappears again.
I suppose that there is a setting embedded in my Library causing the menu disappearance. This is after all an old library, it probably contains some setting not supported anymore.
I guess I will have to live with that, or wait for a bugfix ?

It works. But in the playlist, albums are presented in a Grid. I don't find this presentation very pratical (sorry about that) and I apparently can not switch to the usual "List" presentation of the Album view.
This is still better than the bugged Album view. I will use that, thank you.
