I ran Avast Premium Security on my iMac. It is using macOS Catalina Version 10.15.7
It shows file: private/var/db/dyld_shared_cache_x86_64 as being infected. The Avast security can't resolve this. Can anyone help?

I would uninstall AVAST, it is not useful on a Mac.

Uninstall AVAST. It is not needed, uses system resources while provoding no benefit, and it may cause problems.
There is no reason to ever install or run any 3rd party "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up", anti-virus, VPN or security apps on your Mac. This user tip describes what you need to know and do in order to protect your Mac: Effective defenses against malware and other threats - Apple Community
It's also notorious for false positives on Macs.
