Date Wrong on Health App on Phone
Today is March 26, but the date on my health app is March 27. How do I update to correct date? The date/time is set automatically in my phone.

Does anything else on your phone show the wrong date?
Yes, it's very weird.
Does anything else on your phone show the wrong date?
Yes, it's very weird.
All great suggestions and did them all — date still shows March 27, not 26.
It’s a mystery.
Some things to try:
Go to Settings>General>Language & Region and, regardless of what it says, reselect your region.
Go to Settings>Date & Tine>Time Zone and make sure you have the right one selected.
Turn off Settings>Date & Time>Set Automatically
