How do I restore my Apple Card in Wallet after it was deleted with a reset?

You can sign in with your Apple ID and Password on your iPhone and that should prompt the iPhone to ask you to add your cards to the Wallet app. During this process the Apple Card will be added as well. Just ensure that you logged into your Apple ID successfully for this to work.
