I have an Iphone SE that used to be for my son , he gave it back to me but he forgot the icloud email and password. I am unable to unlock the phone

You must have the Apple ID and Password of the original owner who set up the device to get past the Activation Lock. We cannot help and Apple will not unless you can produce the original receipt clearly showing the serial number. This link may help him remember...
