New iPhone 12 not making calls / not recognizing my phone number
Transferred old iPhone to new iPhone 12 but can’t make calls. It doesn’t recognize the phone number. Att service

Did you transfer the active cellular service SIM card from your old iPhone to the new iPhone 12? One other thing to know is that some carriers require the iPhone 12 to have a 5G SIM Card installed for service. Please call your carrier and get this resolved. Thanks.
