I am trying to install MS Teams but I have been told to update my Mac with Mac OS 11

I want to install MS Teams in my Mac

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.13

Here are the requirements:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/hardware-requirements-for-the-teams-app

If you are running 10.13, you need to upgrade to (minimum) 10.14, 10.15, or macOS 11 as the three newest versions are required.
