Hi, I just bought an iPod touch 5th gen, but it has an iCloud Activation Lock. Anything I can do?

Return it for a refund or get the seller to follow these instructions: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201351.
