HI i have a question, a while ago my cousin gave me an ipod because they had forgotten their apple , so today i tried reseting the ipod, but I need the activation lock, but they dont know their icloud anymore. I wen to the link but its asking me for proof of purchase, but they dont have it anymore since its been a long time. What else can I do??
