I have Sprint and was wondering if anyone else has been able to resolve this issue with their carrier? What if anything have they been saying? I had no problems before the last update..
so is it really a carrier problem?

I actually spent 4 hours on the phone with my carrier Sprint. They ‘refreshed’ the service and had me delete all data on my phone. I had an iOS update as well. Long story short it was Sprints fault and they fixed it. But thank you for reaching out.

Which iOS version are you currently running on your iPhone 11? What happens when you try to send a message? Do you get an error message? If so, what exactly does it say?
