Fraud charges

I was charged 99.00 twice on March 26, 2021 for ????? at 1:30 AM. I was asleep at that time and I have NEVER charged that much to Apple. How can I get it fixed... Also the credit card you had on file has already been cancelled and I have never put the new one in.

First determine if it is a real charge on your account, or just a scam phishing message trying to scare you. Phishing messages pretending to be from Apple are unfortunately very common.


But if it is a real charge on your account, follow the steps in here:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
