restore after iphone has been disabled
Can I restore my phone from an iCloud backup or do I have to do it from my computer? I don't have iTunes installed on my PC but I am able to login to iCloud online (from my PC). Thank you!

You have to use a computer to erase it, after it has been erased you can restore an iCloud backup without a computer.
If your device is disabled or you forgot your passcode, you will need to erase your device

If you have a backup you can restore it from that
