hello, I downloaded Film Maker Pro I think around one week ago.

I was offered a free one week trial so I said yes. I wasn’t expecting it to charge me £31.99 today (27th March)

I didn’t want to pay this for an app I’m not going to use again :(

I was wondering if I could please please please get my money back as this is a general mistake. I didn’t want it to charge me after the free trial, I thought it would automatically stop.

£31.99 is a lot of money and I can’t afford to loose it, especially at this time. Please understand and please can I get a refund. I’m so sorry for any inconvenience that I have caused.
