Wrongly paid for an app

I wanted to try an app but it was subscribed automatically without my consent. Need to cancel it immediately and I even replied back to that email. But no response for my email and I am charged now.

First make sure the subscription is canceled following https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039


Then follow https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084 to request a refund
