Function “Find my” is always on?
Especially the function “Share my location”. Once switched on that. Is that possible the iPhone system switch off without my permission?

For "Share your location", it may depend on whether you've chosen One Hour, Until End of Day, or Share Indefinitely, with Share Indefinitely keeping your location available to contacts you choose to share it with: Find friends and share your location with Find My
