I'm sorry to tell you, but if you look at the receipt... The seller did put in the notes: "compatible with xfinity" which is a cable TV and telecommunication provider over here in the USA.
You need to contact the ebay seller and ask for a return. if they would allow that.

Apple can not remove a carrier sim lock. Only the carrier can.
