Hello, I bought the iPhone from the eBay website and I have a bill and was surprised that the SIM did not work. I contacted the telecom company Omantel and they said the solution is in Apple and this is my first phone. Please solve the problem and hope I use my phone because I like it so much.

I'm sorry to tell you, but if you look at the receipt... The seller did put in the notes: "compatible with xfinity" which is a cable TV and telecommunication provider over here in the USA.
You need to contact the ebay seller and ask for a return. if they would allow that.
Apple can not remove a carrier sim lock. Only the carrier can.
