iPhone 11 Pro speaker problem

I have had my iPhone 11 Pro for about a year. This problem just started happening. About two days ago. If I’m on the phone and I talk I get feedback from my earpiece speaker even if it’s on speakerphone or just held up to my ear. It sounds like someone hitting my speaker. Not like a clicking or clapping it’s like a loud noise. Any way to fix it? And only I can hear it. The person I am talking to does not hear it just me, and just when I talk .
