Adobe Photoshop started creating "Adobe" folder in my Documents folder

For the last couple of months Adobe Photoshop started creating "Adobe" folder in my Documents folder every time I launch it. Documents folder in Mac is a personal folder and I hate to see a software messing around with it.

It is the same for the "Library" folder too, which shows up frequently but I couldn't figured out which of Adobe software does this. (But I'm sure its one of Adobe's!)

Nobody needs an "Adobe" folder or a "Library" folder, which does nothing.

I write it here so maybe someone from Apple can see report the issue. If you are having the same issue please click "I have this question too" so maybe someone can do something about it.
