Ride booking extension for Apple Maps not showing up.

I use Lyft more than Uber and I’ve seen online people have both extensions available when using Apple Maps. In my settings the only one that pop’s up is Uber. I tried turning on the ‘show rides from new apps’ toggle, but still nothing. I am have Lyft downloaded and logged in. How can I get Lyft to show up in my maps extensions?
