You cannot without a backup. To reset a disabled device you must erase it with iTunes or finder. Without a backup that means there will be lost data. No way around that simple fact.


Data that you synchronize with iCloud should sync back once you erase it, set it up again and sign back into iCloud.


If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
