cancel cloud storage charge

Hello! First off go into your settings. Once in there, tap on your name. Click the subscriptions and then click your storage plan. Follow the steps on screen to cancel the subscription. I hope that works for you! Have a nice day!

Okay, try taping on your name again, but instead of clicking on subscriptions, click on iCloud. Then click manage storage and change pan. Tell me if that does/doesn’t work.
