when open my phone showing only apple logo and a black line,But black line did not complete then nothing happened next,what's the problem.

Hold down the volume down button and sleep/wake button for about 10 seconds. Release when you see the Apple logo appears. Hold down the home button and sleep/wake button for 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on your screen.
