This was not helpful at all to restate the initial trouble shooting of resetting or the link that really does not apply to these Bluetooth headphones. Resetting does NOT work. Then the link to these do not apply:
- Make sure the 3.5 mm audio jack is fully plugged in. The straight input connects to your headset, and the L-shaped input connects to your audio device. THERE IS NOT A 3.5 mm Audio Jack!
- Check that your audio source is on and working.
connected to iPhone, we can hear one side and a muted or no sound on the other, the source is functioning.
- If your audio source is a computer or laptop, try adjusting the configuration settings.

- If you still hear distorted sound, try a different audio source and an alternate cable.
a different cable to what?? They are Bluetooth.
the volume on the L is low and the sound on the R is loud.
