Trying to set up Gmail on Iphone 12 pro max after resetting the phone after calendar virus

My iPhone 12 pro max was infected with the calendar virus. Following certain instructions on Youtube, I managed to fix the problem and as suggested in the short video I rest my phone. Everything works, except for my Gmail. I cannot access my Gmail. When I enter the password a pop-up says "Device Policy Alert. Your org requires you to set a passcode on this device to access this account." I try this way and another, but it does not really help. What should I do?

Hello Gmail-set-up-resetting-iPhone,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We understand you're having issues with setting up your Gmail account on your iPhone. It looks like you have a profile installed on your device that lets you know that the company associated with the device requires a passcode to access the account. We recommend reaching out to your IT department for assistance as they would be the best resource for resolving this issue.

We hope this helps.

Cheers!
