About 3 weeks ago my Face ID stopped recognising me so i reset it and now it won’t let me set it up again. It keeps saying move higher / lower and i’ve tried for hours everyday for 2 weeks and it still hasn’t worked. I’ve updated my phone, restarted it multiple times and done everything apple support has said to do and it still doesn’t work

Unfortunately that is going to be a hardware issue with your True Depth camera, click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.
