Am type one diabetic and I use Dexcomg6 App if I update my iOS into the new 14 4.2 will my Dexcom app still work or will it not be shown in the App Store and make get an Samsung

Dexcomg6 is not an Apple product, best you ask the app developer on their website/forum for support.

According to their website, Dexcomg6 is supported on any iPhone that has iOS 11 or later.

So it should runs on iOS 14.4.2 now.
