iPhone 12 pairing issue on BMW X5 (G05)

When I connected my iPhone 12 to my BMW X5 (G05) via Bluetooth for playback the Spotify, the entertainment system of the car will frequently interrupt, but the problem can be solved by using USB connecting to the car directly.

Check up by BMW AG, their report indicates it is the ios software issue, need to contact Apple for fixing this issue, the ios version of my iPhone 12 is 14.4.1.

Any recommendations for me to fix this troubling issue?
